Product Availability / Product Information

We make every effort to keep our website up to date.  Occasionally we will sell out of a particular color or model without notice. 
 
Vehicles come filled with engine oil that should be changed after the first 80 kilometers/50 miles.  Most scooters take about ¾ quart of 10w30 weight oil.  Higher-end fuel (89+ octane) is recommended.  The break-in period for power sports vehicles is 80 kilometers/50 miles.  To maintain vehicle fuel efficiency and overall performance, it is recommended that you do not drive over 40 kilometers/25 MPH during the break-in period.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to dealers within four days of receipt when received by noon central time.  Shipment days vary based on your location.  See shipping service time map.  Service times are calculated from the day shipment is picked up from our warehouse.  Shipment times are NOT guaranteed as truck limits and time constraints of the shipping company cannot be controlled.  Shipping is through a contracted major freight line to your dock or door.  Necessary information such as liftgate requirement, delivery acceptance times, etc. must be conveyed with order.  Our shipping carrier cannot deliver to apartment buildings. 

If your shipping address is located in a remote or inaccessible area and the freight company determines that the roads, driveway, access roads and/or gates are too small for them to deliver, you will need to pick up your shipment from the freight terminal.  LongboAmerica.com will not pay or reimburse you for any of these associated costs in picking up the unit from the freight terminal or delivery from the terminal to an alternate location.

Order Tracking

Shipping confirmations are e-mailed to dealer at time of order.  Confirmations include tracking information.  The freight carrier’s website contains simple to use tracking and location finding to locate the freight terminal nearest your location.

Shipping Damage

Please see Warranty section for procedures to follow in the event your unit(s) sustains damage in shipping.

Returns & Credits

We will resolve any return or credit issues with store credit.  There are no refunds.

Refused Shipments

Shipments refused for any reason other than shipping damage will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to all associated freight charges.
