LongboAmerica.com warrants parts only on all products for one year when unit is purchased from a licensed franchised Longbo dealer, or for 30 days when drop-shipped via a licensed franchised dealer. There is no warranty, expressed or implied on any unit purchased thru non-licensed Longbo dealers.
LongboAmerica.com warranty starts from the date of purchase by consumers for all products and extends for one calendar year only. During the warranty coverage period, we will cover warranted parts only.
The following parts are covered under warranty:
Mechanical Parts:
Engine, transmission, drive train, rear shocks and chain, rectifier, carburetor, front shocks, ignition coil switch, main wire, fuel system, start relay and CDI modules. <

Body Parts:
Plastics, molding, or body covers are not covered under warranty. The only exception on body parts is if they are damaged in shipping. Shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of shipment. Damage claims reported more than two days after receipt of unit will not be honored.
Shipping and Labor:
All products come with free shipping of warranty parts for a claim within 30 days of retail sale. Warranty labor is not and will not be covered.
Note: If there is shipping damage to your unit, you must report this within two (2) business days of receipt of the unit in question. You can submit a picture of the damaged parts to
sales@longboamerica.com. If severe shipping damage occurs (example: crate is totally crushed), it is recommended that shipment be refused. A replacement unit will be shipped immediately.
The warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear items such as spark plugs, light bulbs, lubricants, air filters, hoses, brake shoes, tires/tubes, battery, or problems occurring due to lack of scheduled maintenance, lack of professional assembly or to consumer abuse.
Any modifications to the vehicle will void the manufacturer’s warranty. Defective parts are subject to be recalled by the manufacturer. When warranty has been confirmed, we will ship all parts within 2-3 business days.

When placing a warranty claim, the following must be identified:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the model, purchaser’s name and the date of purchase for verification.
- Determination of the problem of the unit.
- Check the available parts that are covered under warranty by calling technical service line at 214-553-8321 x5# or e-mailing to:
sales@longboamerica.com.
- Order the necessary parts by faxing a
(coming soon) with all required info to 214-553-8239 or e-mailing to
sales@longboamerica.com.
Note: Please indicate that the part is warranted. Warranty status will be verified.
